The Villa Côté Sud is a beautiful 180m2 air-conditioned holiday rental villa. It is ideally located 100 metres from the beach. It will be perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends. It is equipped for 8 people with all the comfort of a modern new house on a flat, landscaped 750m2 garden.



The villa is air-conditioned (in the living room and on the landing of the 1st floor to cool the 3 bedrooms), it is very bright and has a beautiful living space with a fully equipped open kitchen.



There are 4 bedrooms:

3 bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160cm each and 2 single beds of 90cm for the last bedroom

(One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 3 are upstairs) including 1 master suite with a shower room and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 toilets (one on the ground floor, the other on the 1st floor) as well as an outdoor toilet and shower.



A Mediterranean garden with sun loungers, a gas barbecue, a private 8x4 metre secured pool with an electric cover, a terrace and a relaxation area. The villa is located 100 m from the beach of Cagnes-sur-Mer and all the shops!
