Located in Nice, the VILLA DE FERIC is a lovely independent villa of 160 m2 with a swimming pool. It is situated on the hills to the west of Nice, in a quiet area with an open view. A 1000 m2 enclosed and wooded garden completes the property. The villa can accommodate 8 people.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the terrace equipped with a dining area and sun loungers.
A living/dining room with a seating area and a fireplace, French windows opening onto the terrace and the garden.
A first bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed with an en-suite shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: 1 160cm bed for the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet),
1 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds in the other two bedrooms, a bathroom (bathtub, sink) and a separate toilet.
Access to the villa is via a private road of about 1.5 km.
Covered parking and enclosed indoor parking.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation - Gas barbecue - Air conditioning in the living room only, fans in the bedrooms - Security deposit 1500 euros (pre-authorization on card/not debited).
