Located on the heights of West Nice, the SUNSET villa is a superb 300 m² property offering a view of the sea and the famous Bellet and Crémat vineyards. Facing south, with no overlooking neighbours, it extends over a 3000 m² plot and features a 15-metre heated infinity pool 🏊.



Just 10 minutes from the centre, the Promenade des Anglais and the airport, the property is located on Chemin de Crémat, close to the Château de Crémat and numerous shops.
