Located on the heights of West Nice, the SUNSET villa is a superb 300 m² property offering a view of the sea and the famous Bellet and Crémat vineyards. Facing south, with no overlooking neighbours, it extends over a 3000 m² plot and features a 15-metre heated infinity pool



Just 10 minutes from the centre, the Promenade des Anglais and the airport, the property is located on Chemin de Crémat, close to the Château de Crémat and numerous shops.
