Welcome to this contemporary 250 m² villa with sea and panoramic hill views, located in a quiet environment in Nice. Spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, it is ideal for family or friends' holidays.



La Villa Alba by Riviera Holiday Homes is equipped with:

a bright living room with television and dining area, open to terraces and garden

a modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to stay completely independently: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, complete crockery and utensils.



At night, each room has its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort for each occupant:

Parental suite with queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, double washbasin and independent toilet

Children's room with 4 single beds (90 cm), bathroom with bathtub and toilet

Room with queen-size bed and bathroom with bathtub

Independent room in the garden, with queen-size bed and bathroom with shower



Two additional independent toilets are also available (living room and games room).



On the outside, the enclosed and landscaped garden features a private heated swimming pool (from April) of 10 x 5 m (depth 1.70 m).
