In a lush green setting, you will enjoy all the comfort and discretion expected for your vacation with family or friends, under the sun of the Côte d'Azur.
Large outdoor spaces, swimming pool, barbecue, children games, and very spacious rooms inside.
Villa “Farniente” is located in a huge garden of 4500m², quiet and intimate, surrounded by white oak trees and eucalyptus.
The villa is perfect for eight people.
With a surface area of 200m2, this beautiful farmhouse is air-conditioned in its 3 bedrooms.
On. the ground floor:
The 160m2 terrace bordering the swimming pool accommodates a large table for your meals, garden furniture, deckchairs, a gas barbecue...
The interior benefits from generous common areas: fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area, a large living room, and a TV lounge.
You will also find a bedroom with private bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs:
A bright mezzanine gives access to three large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and separate toilet.
