Friendly, stylish, comfortable

We all loved staying at this villa. It is done with great taste and style and has at the same time all that is needed for a family of four who likes cooking. The owners are amazing and the house feels straight away like home. Huge thanks to Christine and Patrick for welcoming us in their lovely house

Amazingly beautiful house, nestled above Antibes

Patrick's property is a deluxe house/villa with private pool, situated about 1km from the delightful town of Biot and about 10mins by car from Antibes. We are a family of four, with children 6 and 8 and we had an idyllic week here in Aug '19. The house is immaculate and luxurious, the pool similarly, and the outside eating area totally shaded and served by gas grill. Perfection! Perhaps the nicest villa we've rented in the last 10years? Patrick and his family made the whole check-in and check-out process effortless, with English spoken and it was all so easy. It you are considering exploring Antibes and the area, then this wonderful villa comes highly recommend from us.

Great house and excellent location

We had a great 2 week stay from July 10th till July 23rd 2016. The house is modern, elegant and very well maintained by the owners. The living space is even better than the pictures portrait and is very spacious as is the master bedroom (the other rooms are good as well). The garden is lovely and the pool is sizable and very clean. The area the house is located in is very quiet and only 15 minutes walk from the village. The owners were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Oasis at the French Riviera

The house is beautifully renovated and offers spectacular views on the hills near Biot. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the bed in the smallest bedroom is uncomfortable and not really suited for a taller adult like our son. Apart from that we warmly recommend this villa.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons pu profiter d’une région magnifique dans des conditions d’hébergement parfaites. Maison très agréable, décorée avec goût et parfaitement propre. Le jardin, la terrasse et la piscine ont également largement contribué aux plaisirs de nos vacances. Les propriétaires Christine et Patrick sont charmants, disponibles et très arrangeants. besser geht es nicht

Die Lage, die Besitzer, die Ausstattung: top; wer hier nicht zufrieden ist, hat selber Schuld. Spitzenlocation, ruhig und doch fußläufig nach Biot. Patick ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Perfekter Urlaub. Besser geht es nicht! Perfect holidays. Better won't work!

Das Haus hat uns von den Bildern her schon sehr gut gefallen, aber wir wurden trotzdem überrascht, wie toll das Haus tatsächlich ist. Was man gar nicht sehen konnte auf den Bildern war der fantastische Blick (fast 180°)auf die Berge vom gesamten Grundstück aus. Wir haben uns super erholen können und empfehlen das Haus jedem, der einen schönen, erholsamen und zentralen Urlaub in Südfrankreich verbringen will.
