Apartment VUE MER on the Côte d'Azur with garden for 2 - 3 persons
The very bright, newly renovated holiday flat VUE MER with 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom (approx. 50 m²) is located on the garden floor of Villa La Brise du Riou and is ideal for 2-3 people.
On the terrace you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun with a view of Vence and the coastal landscape from Cap Ferat to the Esterel mountains.
There is a wood-burning stove in the living/dining room, which radiates a cosy warmth in winter. You can watch German and international TV and radio programmes on the TV.
The sofa can also be used as a bed for a third person.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner hob, oven, fridge-freezer, sink and Nespresso machine.
The bedroom is furnished with a new 160 x 200 cm bed and wardrobe. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the terrace you will find a seating set and barbecue. A parasol and sun loungers round off the offer.
You have free use of WLAN and a car park.
We offer a self-catering flat. Guests usually bring their own laundry.
For added convenience, a service company can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.

The houses and alleyways of the old town of Vence, which are arranged like a snail's shell, the church and Matisse's rose chapel are well-known tourist attractions. Vence, a city of artists, is also known as the ‘city of flowers’ and the ‘city of water’. The well-preserved ‘wash house’, twenty fountains and numerous springs ensure the water supply for the well-tended private and public parks. The small, picturesque, romantic squares in the historic centre of Vence are home to a variety of good restaurants serving French and international cuisine.
The towns and villages of the Cotê d'Azur can be reached by bus and car. The many beaches are ideal for swimming. Excursions into the hinterland offer hiking opportunities with breathtaking views and impressions.
