I had a good stay. Good place for the price. Great location. If you are on a budget and need to be in the heart of Nice then this will suit your needs. Standard studio apartment. Basement level.

Le logement correspond à ce qui est annoncé. La propreté et les finitions sont limites à certains endroits mais l'appartement est correct pour le prix payé. Si vous pouviez vérifier l'eau chaude de la douche, car nous n'avons eu que de l'eau tiède...Apart ça, l'appartement est bien équipé et possède les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour de quelques jours.
