The staff was amazing! The room was super clean and the breakfast was an amazing hot breakfast buffet with made to order waffles, eggs, biscuits, and so much more! (BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED WITH PRICE OF ROOM) We will definitely stay here again!

No housekeeping at all for 6 days/5 nights. Not once did anyone enter our room to clean, exchange towels, turn down beds, vacuum, etc. We asked for new towels and had to bring down our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange. This is not service. No clean towels by the pool. Dirty hotel in general.

Phyllis & Kids Vacation

My family was on our 4th annual vacation in Destin. This hotel was absolutely the greatest. The breakfast was tasteful and the dinning room manager Rubero was the absolutely greatest. He smiled a lot and was very attentive plus the food was delicious. All front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially those with children. Niceville is the appropriate name for this location because everyone was nice.
