The location
The new house half (year of construction 2022/23) is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Niebüll and is only a few minutes' walk from fields and meadows. The Biikeplatz of Deezbüll, which is loved by the locals, is very close by. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for cycling tours, bird watching, trips to the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum, to Denmark and much more. You will find a variety of shopping facilities in the centre of Niebüll.

Facilities
The 100 sqm holiday home is modern and exclusively furnished.
The spacious living area with its beautiful sofa (sofa bed) invites you to spend cosy hours watching TV. The open kitchen is very well equipped: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction cooker, extractor bonnet, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle and a toaster.

The beautiful oak-look flooring throughout the house gives you a cosy atmosphere.
On the ground floor you will find a shower room with level access and a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Via a closed wooden staircase you reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. The beds (180 × 200 each) are lovingly made upon arrival. The shower room and the bathroom with tub and sauna give you the space you need.
Comfortable garden furniture is ready for you on the sheltered terrace.
The garden is surrounded by a high-quality larch fence and a linguster hedge, ideal for young families with small children and dog owners.

The special features
Your four-legged friend is very welcome in the non-smoking holiday home. We are happy to provide our guests with free WLAN (fibre optic). Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed with charging facilities for e-bikes. Parking is available directly at the house. For our guests there is a chargeable e-charging facility with a charging capacity of 22 kW directly at the car park (flat rate 10 € per day). The latest heating technology with a heat pump and a PV system has been installed in this house. A ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate throughout.

An initial supply of bed linen and towels is obligatory with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be added in the optional services.
