This newly built holiday home can accommodate up to five people. The semi-detached house is modern and exclusively furnished and offers everything you need for your stay. The spacious living area invites you with a beautiful sofa area (sofa bed) to cozy TV hours. The open kitchen is very well equipped: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction cooker, extractor hood, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle and toaster.
Furthermore, your four-legged friend is very welcome. The garden is surrounded by a high quality larch fence and a lingus hedge. The accommodation also offers charging options (for a fee) and parking for your e-bikes and/or e-cars.

The new house (year of construction 2022/23) is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Niebüll and is only a few minutes' walk from fields and meadows. Deezbüll's Biikeplatz, loved by the locals, is nearby. The holiday home offers an ideal starting point for cycling tours, bird watching, trips to the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum, to Denmark and much more. You will find a wide range of shopping opportunities in the center of Niebüll.
