Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte super. Alles andere war weniger erfreulich. Kühlschrank stand weit offen obwohl er eingeschaltet war. Gefrierfachtür fehlte. Ein Stuhl brach fast zusammen da das Holz schon eingebrochen war. Auf der Schlafcouch konnte man nicht sitzen ,da die Sitzfläche wegrutschte. Die rote ging. Hinzu kommt das die Liegefläche der Schlafcouch verdreckt war. Auch die Matr atzenschoner im Schlafzimmer eklig fleckig. Nur 1 Kopfkissen, das eine Keilkissen kaputt da kam das Innenleben raus. Katatrophe nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Am 2ten Tag sind wir in eine andere Ferienwohnung umgezogen. Fliegengitter an den Fenster fehlten auch sofort hatte man Mücken Fliegen und Wespen in der Wohnung. Insgesamt gemütlich. Nur zum Strand ist der Weg mit guten zwanzig Minuten nicht jedermanns Sache. Die elektronische Kurkarte ist für Nichtsmartphoner eine kleine Herausforderung. Sonst schön ruhig und ungestört.

Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich im ersten Haus, wenn man von der Doberaner Straße abbiegt in die Straße „Am Gespensterwald“ auf der rechten Seite. Der Parkplatz für diese Wohnung 8 ist dann nochmal rechtsrum ums Haus. Man hat davor auch Platz, um auszupacken. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, mit Südbalkon recht groß, gepflegt und hell, durchaus auch für 4 Personen (2 Sofas) geeignet. Wer etwas groß gewachsen ist, muss sich erstmal an die dachschrägen Westwände gewöhnen, damit man sich nicht den Kopf stößt. Den Schlüssel erhält man unkompliziert nach Anruf aus dem Schlüsseltresor neben der Haustür. Die kleine Wohnsiedlung macht einen sehr sauberen und aufgeräumten Eindruck. Den einen oder anderen Kratzer an der Einrichtung muss man im Urlaub nicht auf die Goldwaage legen. Eine defekte Glühlampe meldet man der Hausvermittlung. Auch das WLAN funktioniert perfekt. Der Kühlschrank in der Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, daher im Sommer nicht Zuviel Leichtverderbliches auf einmal kaufen. Es kann recht warm werden, wenn man vergisst die Rollos runterzuziehen. Uns hat die Wohnung und die Lage gut gefallen. Man läuft zu Fuß gut 10 Minuten bis zum Strand, dafür ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm gelegen. Man hört am Morgen nur die Amseln zwitschern. Der Gespensterwald liegt gleich gegenüber und ist für einen morgendlichen Spaziergang perfekt geeignet. Auch der neu eröffnete Edeka ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Schade das es die Fischräucherei seit 2023 nicht mehr gibt.
