The cosy holiday home is equipped with all modern comfort and furnished with a maritime touch. The fisherman's cottage has a spacious garden, a lovely terrace with a pond where you can relax. Thanks to the walled garden with fragrant plants and herbs, you have 100% privacy

Tuzzetje is located in Hoogstraat, one of the quiet, authentic streets of Nieuwpoort's historic town centre. The street runs from the Kaai with its many fish shops and Municipal Fish Market to the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk on the Marktplein. By bike or on foot, you can easily reach the seafront and the beach via the Havengeulpromenade

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This accommodation is less suitable for people with reduced mobility
