Beautiful, cosy terraced house "Zonnehof Nieuwvliet-Bad", built in 1978, renovated in 2022. 3 km from the centre of Nieuwvliet, in a quiet position in the residential district, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: garden 240 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bakery, café, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop "Breskens Veerhaven" 8.4 km, sandy beach "Nordsee" 400 m. Marina 7 km, sailing school 7 km, fishing possibilities 400 m. Nearby attractions: Speelboerderij Pierewiet 3 km, Shortgolf Cadzand-Bad 5 km, Natuurpark Waterdunen 6 km, Breskens 10 km, Brugge 41 km, Gent 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
