The Treehouses – Two Cozy Nature Escapes Near Amsterdam

Summary:

Take a break from the hustle and bustle, with no direct contact with others. Wake up in the middle of nature, with views over sunlit meadows: you can do that here, by the Vecht. The accommodation consists of two treehouses, each with a comfortable double bed. The treehouses and the hot tub are sheltered and offer views over the fields. On the terrace, you'll find a glass living area and kitchen, perfect for enjoying breakfast with coffee. A shower cabin and two toilets complete the setup.



The Space:

Comfortable outdoor stay in the middle of nature, with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxed experience. The hot tub and stove are wood-fired. The first wheelbarrow of wood is free upon arrival.You rent the entire property, which includes a greenhouse with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and wood stove. The two treehouses, each with a double bed, are private and both have a sink with hot and cold water as well as a heating panel to ensure comfortable winters as well. Additionally, there is a sanitary area with a toilet, shower, two sinks, and one heater.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and there is a parking space included. Guests can check in at any preferred time after 3pm with our simple instructions.



The Neighborhood:

It is a special place in the middle of nature in the Vecht (river) region where you can calm and relax. In the area there are small villages, where you have some local shops and you can eat out. Amsterdam is about a 30 minute drive away.



Getting Around:

From Amsterdam Central, you can take a 16-minute train to Weesp Station, where you can take bus line 522 to Nigtevecht, from there it is a 20-minute walk to the accommodation. You can also take a 10-minute taxi ride from Weesp Station to your destination. At Weesp Station, you can rent bicycles, and at Hotel Hart van Weesp, they also have e-bikes. Many possibilities!



Other Things to Note:

It is a location in nature, there may always be insects or spiders. The closest store is about 25 minutes walking distance.
