I don’t usually leave low score reviews but the stay here was very poor. They “centrally” control the temperature in the rooms and pumped heat into the room all night. When calling the front desk to turn it down or use some AC they said no and to open the window. The hotel is at a major 8 lane intersection and had to open the window and was kept up by loud revving motorcycles and cars all night. Beds are cheap, thin, hard and worn and got really sore. Left feeling horrible to start the day.

Close to rail station. There's no street level crosswalk across Higashi-odori. If you walk up from the rail station, on the southwest side of the street and try to cross at the hotel you have the option to use the over-the-street walkway over the street (which is awkward if you have heavy rolling luggage!) So cross two blocks before the hotel.

Nice Onsen, New Hotel, Well Designed. Room is tight but manageable. Stanchions guiding guests lining to register at the lobby makes it look like a busy train station. (Recommend removing stanchions to make lobby more inviting) Busy hotel - better have staffs to manage hotel lifts, breakfast restaurants (serve same breakfast food in both restaurants so guests can use both instead of queuing for the Japanese breakfast restaurant) and registration as lines form there,

Spacious room with space for two large suitcases. Good water pressure in the shower decent space for bathing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices for all preferences. Automated check in/out kiosk made for no waiting in lines. Walking distance to train station and many dining options.
