The food was mediocre but good presentation. Polite stuff. The onsen especially the family onsen stink. I think its from the water drainage or something.

駅からは近くなく、交通は便利では無い。 パスの本数も少ないが、宿のマイクロバスで岩室駅まで送迎していただけた。 特に予約したわけでも無いのに、 「お迎えに上がります。」「お送りします。」と、言われて電車に合わせてバスを出していただけた。 従業員の方々の対応も親切・丁寧で気持ちよく利用できました。

満足度高いホテルです

二色の異なる色の温泉を堪能でき、露天もあり、いづれも5階なので景色も良い。到着から出発まで5回入りました。泉質も付近には無い珍しいもののようです。シルバー製品をつけていると黒く変色するので、注意が必要。 料理は和食で大変美味しい。ご飯はおかわり自由。おかずが豊富なのでいっぱい食べられます。 サービスも丁寧。

朝食が素晴らしい

お風呂もとても良かったですが、とにかく朝食が美味しかった。 バイキング形式でしたが、ひとつひとつのお料理がとても丁寧に作られている感じがしました。朝から色々な種類のお野菜が食べられて、大満足でした。

富士屋はおススメです。

非常に気持ちのいい接客でした。お風呂もきれいで満足です。 部屋のエアコンが効きすぎるので、そこの調節がより細かくできればいいかなと思いました。

主人と２人で年末の癒しを求めて訪ねた温泉旅館でした。 口コミでも評価の高い朝食には大満足！ 米どころの地元食たくさんの品々で健康を頂く気持ちでした。 海岸に近い泉質でしょうか、香りもやさしい気持ちのよい温泉で スタッフ皆さんの笑顔も素敵でした。 チェックイン時に食事のアレルギーの確認をして頂いたり、早朝の湯上がりルイボスティーの 用意や午後の甘酒…就寝時のお水の用意を頂いたりとホテルの心遣いが所々で感じられ、満足 いっぱいの滞在でした。
