Very good hotel and the staff were very helpful. Only thing that held back a 5 star was the hard as a rock bed. Room was great and the location was ideal. Short walk to transport, food and shopping. If you love seafood you will love Niigata and the eateries around this hotel.

お部屋などは綺麗で良かった。 朝食については、先着順なのか？少し遅く行く（7時半頃）ほとんどおかずが残ってなく、店員さんに補充をお願いすると、もう無いと言われた。 同じお金を払っているのにこれはありなのか？とてもがっかりでした。 ポスターになっている朝食の写真イメージがとても良すぎて、そのままを連想していたのが悪かったです。とにかく実物は全く違いました。しっかり食べたい方は早めに行くと良いです。
