Stayed 2 nights with family (2 kids), breakfast is good with lots of Japanese options. Really close to Niigata Sta. but great connectivity with buses to rest of city. Walking distance to Furumachi. Consider this as a Holiday Inn Express with smaller rooms. Also consider beds are twin beds so they are small for 2 adults and 2 kids but it does the job. If you have more budget consider other options with bigger beds/space or 2 rooms.

Good hotel room for the price. The lobby is on the 4th floor so it was a little difficult to find at first. I was able to check my luggage before the check-in time. The breakfast was quite crowded but they let us take the food up to our rooms so it was fine. It was a decent sized room right next to the station. There are lots of food options nearby as well.

Once we were able to figure out how to get to the parking it was great for us. You drive into the garage and then they have an elevator system to store 29 vehicles. So if you bring a car to this hotel hopefully you’ll be one of those. The train station is right next door. Tons if restaurants and shopping and sightseeing.
