Everything about the property and my stay there was magical and beautiful. It’s very remote and hard to get to but very much worth it. The only drawback is not having much time to explore the town but if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city there’s not much better.

Extremely remote (nearly a 3 hour bus ride from Kinegawa Onsen Train station into the winding mountains) which was both an adventure and unnerving. Made to feel like a foreigner with little help in understanding the cultural norms as a newcomer to the onsen experience. The in-suite onsen option was incredible, providing both privacy and ability to enjoy the experience as a newcomer free of the "ritual" imposed but not well explained for use of the public hot pools. Hatcho No Yu was ultimately a memory for a lifetime but came with a less than supportive interface with staff who treated us like we didnt belong.

ずおもきれいで通内は暖かく過ごしやすかったです。 露倩颚呂に入りたかったのですが、少し戞惑いたした。䞀぀、内湯の床がぬるぬるしおたしたので滑りやすくなっおいたした。 食事は山の䞭の旅通らしい内容でした。ただ懐石料理の順番での提䟛でなくおも良い気がしたす。

家族で利甚したした。ロッゞがずおも綺麗で、ずおも快適でした。郚屋颚呂もあり、　子ども達が倧喜びでした。料理もちょうど良い量でした。鎚肉のしゃぶしゃぶが矎味しかったです。ただ、子どもには倧人向けの料理なため、子どもは遞べるず良かったです。 枩泉はずおも良かったです。埓業員の方々もずおも䞁寧でした。たた利甚したいず思いたす。
