Belle maison, propre et bien équipée, rien ne manque. la climatisation a été très appréciable en cette période de canicule. Immédiate proximité du centre de Nimes (10mn), nous avons pu profiter facilement de tous les sites historiques et du joli centre ville. Piscine au sel très agréable. Propriétaires très sympa et accessibles.

infestation par des souris

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. En soi, la maison était agréable. Cependant, selon le propriétaire (nous l'avons appris par la suite), il y avait apparemment une infestation de souris dans ce quartier au moment de notre arrivée. Dommage, car à plusieurs endroits de la maison, des souris étaient encore présentes le jour de notre arrivée et quelques jours plus tard, une souris a également été aperçue à l'intérieur. Aucune autre mesure n'a été prise par le propriétaire lui-même pendant notre séjour de 14 jours. De plus, la plupart des chaises longues à l'extérieur étaient déjà bien usées. Les propriétaires en tant que tels étaient cependant sympathiques

Ein tolles Haus in einer tolle Gegend

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 6 Personen vor Ort und es war traumhaft. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Der Pool, die Zimmer, Heimkino, ... alles super und gepflegt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus mit unserem VW-Bus war das erste Mal in der Tat ein Abenteuer (ist gut geteert, dafür schmal und steil), dass man nur mit Schwung und ohne Anhalten bewältigt :-). Unsere Gastgeber haben uns trotz unserer deutlichen Verspätung vor Ort empfangen und eingewiesen - danke recht herzlich dafür.

Vacances formidables

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables en famille dans la propriété de André. Cette maison est très fonctionnelle, il y a de l'espace et le plus, c'est la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et je puis vous dire que cela est important. Pour la piscine, elle était assez grande pour accueillir 5 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous y reviendrons !!

Alles was prima in orde! Het huis verraste ons! Het had veel meer uitstraling dan wat de foto’s lieten uitschijnen. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. Top plekje!

Propriétaires très sympathiques, maison très propre, conviviale et climatisation très appréciable. Petit bémol pour les personnes âgées car terrain et accès vehicules très pentus. Nous recommandons cette location.

J'ai tellement aimé cette location que j'ai ramené les clefs chez moi ...très grande déconvenue qui a été réglée. Un bémol sur la taille du terrain car la propriété n'est pas terminée d'aménager et l'allée d'accès est impressionnante mais pas inaccessible

Die Zufahrt zu diesem Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die Straße dorthin sehr steil ist. Die Lage und das Haus sind ein Traum. Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten alle gemütliche und schöne Zimmer. Der Garten und Pool sind auch super.
