The open kitchen is functionally equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering during your holiday. This includes an electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking and dining crockery.



For additional comfort, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and central heating are available, ensuring the apartment can be comfortably used during both warm summer months and the cooler season. Bedding and towels are provided and are regularly changed.



Heated pool and private parking



Guests have access to a communal, heated swimming pool that is open during the season and ensures pleasant bathing temperatures in the pre- and post-season. The pool area offers a welcome cooling on warm summer days and invites relaxation.



For guests arriving by car, a private car park is available directly at the house.
