The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house and features:

The kitchen is ideally equipped for self-caterers and offers everything you need for a relaxed holiday. This includes, among other things, an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking and dining crockery.



The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and central heating, so that the holiday apartment can be comfortably used both in summer and in the pre- and post-season. Bed linen and towels are available and are regularly changed.



Heated pool and private parking spaces



A special highlight is the communally usable, heated swimming pool, which is open during the season and offers pleasant bathing temperatures even outside the hottest summer weeks. The pool invites you to swim, relax and sunbathe.



For guests arriving by car, two private parking spaces are available directly at the house.

The holiday apartment is located in the popular holiday destination Zaton, which is particularly known for its family-friendly sandy and pebble beaches and the clear waters of the Adriatic. The sea and the beach are conveniently accessible, allowing you to enjoy spontaneous bathing trips at any time.



In the immediate vicinity, there are also restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shopping opportunities that ensure a pleasant stay.



Just a few kilometres away lies the historic city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful cities on the Dalmatian coast. The old town impresses with Roman buildings, historic churches and the famous Sea Organ and the "Greeting to the Sun" installation directly on the waterfront promenade.



For nature lovers, the location is ideal. Several of Croatia's most famous nature parks and national parks are easily accessible from here, including Krka National Park, Paklenica Nature Park, the Plitvice Lakes, and Kornati National Park.

Upon request, breakfast can be organised for guests. This service is optional and associated with an additional fee. Breakfast costs €10 per person per day, children up to 9 years old pay €6 per day.
