Beautiful, well-kept private house with 2 apartments in an excellent location very close to the flat sandy and pebble beach in the popular holiday resort of Zaton near Nin. The two apartments on the ground floor and on the upper floor each have 2 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen and a beautiful terrace with awning and sea view. The well-known Zaton Holiday Resort is nearby and also offers guests from outside the resort (for a fee) many sports, leisure and entertainment options.
A water sports center with diving school, tennis courts, a small golf course and mini golf, trampolines and slides are part of the offer, along with a few restaurants and bars. You can walk to everything important in a few minutes from the holiday apartment: beach, shopping, cafés, walking and cycling paths. The historic small town of Nin is 2 km away, there are also some larger supermarkets for shopping. The center of northern Dalmatia, the port city of Zadar and the airport can be reached in a few minutes by car from Zaton.
