The luxurious villa Tyara is located in Zaton, just 2 km from the town of Nin and 11 km from the city of Zadar. This is a villa where you will be able to enjoy yourself like a king because it is fully equipped with everything you need to have the most wonderful vacation! The nearest beach is 500 meters away, which is an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea and enjoy the clean Adriatic Sea.The villa was built in a modern style in 2022, has 220 m2 of living space, and can accommodate a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and try delicious meals for the whole family and friends. The kitchen also contains a table with 2 bar stools. The living room has a sofa and a TV, the perfect place to enjoy your favorite movies. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI. You will be accommodated in 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed (180x200), and the fourth room has 2 single beds (90x200). An additional 2 people can sleep in the living room on a sofa bed. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor and have their own balcony with a seating area, while one room is located on the ground floor. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower and a TV. As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron.The outdoor terrace will delight you because it offers a lot: an outdoor pool measuring 30 m2, and you can use 8 sun loungers. There are also umbrellas and tables. There is also a green area next to the pool, while children will especially enjoy the trampoline, table tennis and swing with a slide.On the terrace there is also a covered seating area that is ideal for evening gatherings with cocktails and songs, and there is also an outdoor wood or charcoal barbecue available. You will try the prepared dishes on the outdoor dining table.The yard is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces inside the yard, and 2 more spaces outside.Be sure to visit the cities of Zadar, Nin and Biograd na moru. In Zadar, you will have the opportunity to enjoy historical sights, take photos at the most famous installation ‘Greeting to the Sun’, and walk through the charming streets and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea.
