This newly built beautiful villa is located 13 km from Zadar old town, and is a perfect place for a quiet family vacation. It lies on a 400m2 plot surrounded by the wonderful rural scenery. The house it self offers a lot of activities for a perfect family vacation such as 50 m2 heated swimming pool with loungers, outdoor shower, small outdoor kitchen with a grill and patio furniture, board games, work out equipment ad much more. The house is fully air-conditioned. This magnificent villa can accommodate up to 8 people and your pets are welcome to come with you.  We are sure they would love to enjoy the big outdoors with you and your family.



The villa offers 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining room. Three rooms on the first floor have extra large double beds measuring 200X210 cm. What will delight you the most, apart from the spacious yard with a heated pool and deckchairs, is the roof terrace, which can be used as a sunbathing area, but also for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, and offers a wonderful view of the rural surroundings. This beautiful villa also offers a sports court where you can enjoy the charms of mini tennis, mini football (27x15m court), basketball, volleyball and badminton.



The house is also located 5 km away from the nearest beach. In the surrounding area there is a playground, horseback riding and boat rental services.
