This hotel was surprisingly amazing. I just needed a place to crash for a few days, so it far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful large room, excellent breakfast, a lobby cafe, close to restaurants, super friendly staff, this place had it all. Look no further.

You can get more than you pay. Kind staff and clean room. It’s close to Hoa Lu old town so we enjoyed the beautiful view both at night and in the morning.

This is essentially a five star establishment! Central location just a few blocks from the walkingstreet. Exemplary personell. Room with floor to ceiling windows. Only set back was that wehad to ask for varming the sausages. Which they promptly did. This is something to look back to for us and for You to look forward to!

Our stay here was good. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was okay, if you didn’t get there early the food definitely wasn’t as fresh as it could be. We had a big issue with noise. There is a bar right next to the hotel which blasted music and had people screaming into microphones into midnight. We asked to switch rooms but were told it would be the same anywhere in the hotel. So beware of that. As someone who likes a quiet area, this hotel didn’t meet that expectation. But we were also there on a weekend, so maybe that was why.

Room was fine but we asked to book another night when we arrived which was apparently fine but the room wasn't booked so we had to take a more expensive room the next day. There was a staff party in the floor right below us on our 1st night which is ofcourse fine but we had had a full day and we were not notified of this and it would have been nice if they had just put us up a floor or two so it wasnt so loud.

The hotel is new so it is clean and modern. The room was nice. We had the corner room on the 6th floor so there was many windows for light and the veiw. The balcony was big, The hotel is very nice. But the location is very bad. I can see why it was not busy. The main reason people come to the area is for 2 places and those locations are 7.5km away. The buddist temple is another 30 minutes away by taxi. When we checked it would have cost us 277k dong one way. The hotel should offer free shuttle to the popular location, like every 2 hours from 9 to 5, And 1 or 2 times to the temple. If they offered this service i believe they would have more people stay in the hotel. They do have bikes and they are sporty bikes and we took advantage of it and it was free with the stay but they only have 3 bikes. Overall the hotel is nice and modern but it is just in a bad location.
