With vineyards, avocado fields, wildlife and the ocean in view, this house is the perfect getaway spot for your family vacation. You will be tucked in the beautiful hills of Nipomo on the central coast of California, only 12 miles to Pismo beach!

The property is very much in the country but still very close to town. You will see wildlife here! Our brand new outdoor area feels like a resort experience with a 12 person hot tub, a walk up bar, ambient lighting, in ground propane fire pit, a very serene waterfall and beautiful landscaping. (this comes at no extra charge to you if you made your booking after July 22, 2025.)
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Peacock Cellars. You'll find features like an indoor pool, a water park, and a hot tub. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.
