Café da manhã e almoço excelente com grande variedade. Funcionários super educados e prestativos. Equipe de recreação bastante atenciosos e cuidadosos com as crianças. Show de espetáculo infantil muito bom. Piscinas adultos e infantil. Estacionamento amplo. Acesso a Lagoa de Arituba (ótima opção de lazer). Praia com piscinas naturais na maré baixa logo a frente do Resort. Ponto a melhorar seria a manutenção dos ar-condicionados.

Quarto ótimo! Grande, confortável. Cama boa. Varanda e vista maravilhosa! Lugar de paz! Só o chuveiro/ cápsula que achei meio estranho heheh mas nada demais. Equipe atenciosa! O tempo todo com recreação para crianças! Recomendo! Voltaria. Só o entorno em si, não tem muita coisa (tipo comércio, restaurantes. Tem o essencial e sem muitas opções. Principalmente a noite.

O café era da manhã era razoável, no interior do banheiro do apto em que ficamos havia vazamento na tubulação de água, os hóspedes são obrigados a usar uma espécie de pulseira que machuca o pulso de quem usa.

Já tinha me hospedado lá no ano passado e foi totalmente contrário da estádia anterior. O quarto estava sujo, camareira demorava muito para passar, ficamos mais de 12 horas sem papel higiênico, o ar condicionado não pegava mandaram o técnico 2 vezes e não funcionou nem se quer nos deram o apção de trocarmos de quarto sendo que escolhermos o quarto super luxo para termos pelo menos o mínimo de comodidade, a TV não espelheva nenhum app devido não está logado na rede solicitamos o técnico várias vezes e não fomos atendidos, as opções de refeições eram muito limitadas.

O hotel tem uma piscina maravilhosa. Gostamos do hotel, porém, pegamos pensão completa e principalmente no almoço tinham poucas variedades. Não gostamos. O check in foi bem demorado também.
