Infraestrutura muito boa, localização também. Piscina enorme. Tem a praia na frente do hotel e a lagoa nos fundos. Ficamos hospedados na suite master, no terceiro andar, com jacuzzi. Uma pena a jacuzzi não ter aquecimento, e a ducha do banheiro não ter muita pressão, mas fora isso, o quarto era muito bom! As refeições são muito boas, o cardápio é regional. No dia do check-out almoçamos no hotel, o que nos permitiu estender nossa estadia até às 16h e aproveitar mais o hotel.

A equipe muito boa, educada e prestativa. O checkin muito demorado, pois tinham poucos funcionários atendendo e a recepção é bem quente, demorou mais de 1 hora. Estivemos no Praia Bonita Resort neste final de semana para comemorar o aniversário da minha esposa, e no geral a experiência foi muito boa. O ambiente é agradável, o local transmite tranquilidade e é uma ótima opção para descansar e curtir momentos especiais. A equipe do resort merece destaque positivo: são bem treinados, educados e muito gentis, sempre dispostos a ajudar, o que faz toda a diferença na estadia. O quarto é muito bom, confortável e bem estruturado, porém vale uma observação em relação ao chuveiro. Ele segue uma proposta de “cápsula”, semelhante a cabines de cruzeiro, o que acaba limitando bastante o espaço. Além disso, apesar de haver mais de uma opção de saída de água, apenas uma funcionava durante a estadia. Por se tratar de um resort à beira-mar, entende-se a ação da maresia, mas alguns pontos precisam de atenção especial. A banheira de hidromassagem coletiva, por exemplo, não estava em funcionamento e acabou ficando apenas como um tanque de água parada. Outros espaços como a academia, sauna e salão de jogos também aparentam falta de manutenção. A academia estava interditada e, pelo que foi possível perceber, essa situação já se estende há bastante tempo — inclusive há relatos em vídeos antigos, de cerca de um ano, mencionando o mesmo problema, o que também se repete com a sauna. Um ponto que causa impacto negativo é a cobrança do estacionamento, no valor de R$ 25,00 por diária, informação que só é repassada no momento da chegada ao resort. Esse tipo de avi

O hotel no geral é bom, mas não vale o valor. A equipe é solícita. As instalações são limpas. As refeições são boas, mas as reposições dos alimentos são demoradas. Por vezes fiquei sem comer algo. Tapioca eu não consegui comer em nenhum dia, pois era uma única funcionária para preparar tapiocas e omeletes e as filas eram enormes.
