Relax and enjoy lake living with family and friends. This property provides you with a south facing, professionally manicured, gently sloping/ flat lot on a shallow and sandy bottomed lake. At waters edge sits a beautifully remodeled bunkhouse with dry kitchen (refrigerator, microwave and stove but no plumbing), bunk room, and living room with fireplace, and smart TV. You can nearly float right up to the bunkhouse to grab a beverage, snack or make a pizza in the kitchen, or stay on your floatie on this sandy bottom sparkling blue lake all day. Round Lake offers full recreation on 1644 acres as well as the ability to connect to the larger Gull Lake Chain via shallow channel with your pontoon or jetski's.

Spend all day lakeside, the evening at the firepit, or head into the Main Cabin.

The Main Cabin has chalet inspired rooflines and offers an additional 2200 square feet of cabin charm. It has 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, two laundry units, and two fireplaces. The main floor has 3 bedrooms. All have black out curtains. The primary has a king bed, and the other two each have a queen bed. There is a full bath to share as well as a half bath in the primary suite. There is a full kitchen with eat-in seating for 8 and a living room with fireplace, smart TV and additional banquette/game table. A sliding glass door off the kitchen opens to a large deck to drink your morning coffee or just enjoy the stunning lake breezes and views.

The basement is walk out level and has an additional full kitchen, fourth bedroom (queen bed), 3/4 bathroom, laundry, additional living room with fireplace, smart TV, kids games, lounge chair, and 2 sleeper sofas. Sliding glass doors open to a patio overlooking the beautiful lake with propane gas grill, patio table and chairs.

Both Main Cabin kitchens are fully-equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker to share in the downstairs kitchen.

Total kitchens = 2.5 (two full plus lakehouse kitchen that does not have plumbing).

There are three mini split air conditioners on the main floor and one in the basement to help keep the house cool. The bunk house has it's own heating/cooling system as well.

Driveway has parking for 8+ cars/trailers.

The location is quiet and convenient at the same time. Within a 5-10 minute drive you will find:
Niisswa- groceries, coffee shops, liquor store, boat and jet ski rental, restaurants, etc.
Grandview restaurants and bars
The Pines Golf course and other courses
Zorbaz Pizza and Bar
Or take the shallow channel to Gull lake and boat the entire Gull Lake Chain (16 lakes)
