This gîte in Nizerolles features, on the ground floor: a kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove, shower room, and separate WC. The first floor comprises two bedrooms (each with a double bed 140 x 190 cm) and a bathroom (bath/WC). The second floor has one attic bedroom with four single beds 90 x 190 cm. Electric heating. There is a courtyard and a lawn (1000 m²) with children's play equipment (swing and trampoline). A gas griddle is available. A pond is 500 m away, and a rowboat is also available.
