This charming stone house boasts unobstructed views of the Bourbonnaise Mountains. Located on the family estate, the owner breeds Charolais cows and farm pigs. This Nizerolles gîte features on the ground floor: kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove, bathroom (shower), and separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (bathtub/toilet). Second floor: 1 attic bedroom (4 single beds 90 x 190 cm). Electric heating. Courtyard and green space with lawn (1000 m²), children's playground (swing and trampoline). Gas grill available. Pond 500 m away. Rowing boat available.
