Our enchanting 1-bedroom cordwood cottage is perfect for solo adventurers, hikers, bikers, nature lovers, romantic escapes, or anyone craving a peaceful retreat. With a full bathroom, mini-kitchenette, and a small outdoor braai grill, you’ll have everything you need for a self-catering stay. The open studio features an efficient, smokeless wood-fired heater, complete with plenty of local firewood to keep you warm in Hogsback’s cool mountain climate. And on extra chilly nights, heating blankets make your stay even cozier, so you can snuggle up and drift off under a warm, comfortable duvet. Lucky guests are often visited by our resident owls, who love to hang out near the cottage's outdoor light in the early evening.
