Enjoy this beautiful hoomy house 700 metres from Plage des Dames, in the North of the Isle of Noirmoutier. With siblings or friends, you will love it. The ground floor is new and modern, whilst the upper floor is in a vintage style. Each person has their own living space and can enjoy a quieter moment to rest, read, watch television... Fully equipped, the kitchen is open to the living area: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher... The house also has a washing machine for long stays. Each bedroom has a sink, making it easier to organise with the two shower rooms. There are four bedrooms, which are spacious. On the ground floor is the master suite and on the upper floor are the three other bedrooms. The garden is large, very peaceful and sheltered from view.

On occasion, our concierge will explain to you that this house was once used to grow potatoes.

At Noirmoutier, the local sport is rock pooling, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook to discover this more confidential part of the island. Lutins Beach is only frequented by regulars. Between rocky sections and small coves of soft sand, take a stroll and, continuing southwards, reach the large Luzéronde Beach. To get around the island, we recommend cycling. From Herbaudière you are just a few minutes from Vieil, Noirmoutier-en-l'île and the unmissable Plage du Bois de la Chaize and its famous sailing club. Have yourself photographed in front of the traditional wooden beach huts… And time your arrival well to discover the Island by arriving via the Gois, it's a magical moment!

La maison est idéalement placée entre la plage des Dames et le centre ville. Idéal en vélo. Notre séjour avec des enfants entre 8 et 17 ans a été très agréable.

La maison que nous avons louée a été une expérience exceptionnelle, offrant un confort et une qualité répondant nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Steve, le concierge charmant, et un intérieur impeccablement propre et décoré avec goût. La décoration élégante crée une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. La cuisine, entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle élégante (tasses Pierre Frey, plats Emile Henry, etc) , offrait tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas comme à la maison. Les chambres étaient de véritables havres de paix. Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables, et la literie de qualité assurait des nuits réparatrices. Les salles de bains, modernes et impeccables. Le jardin et les espaces extérieurs étaient un véritable atout, avec une terrasse agréable pour les repas en plein air et un jardin parfaitement entretenu qui offrait un espace tranquille pour se détendre. L'emplacement de la maison était également idéal, situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche des commodités locales et des attractions touristiques. En résumé, cette maison a offert un séjour parfait, alliant confort, élégance et praticité. Le salon est un peu trop petit pour une famille nombreuse et la connexion wifi est lente voire saute. Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner les tv.

Maison idéalement située sur l’île, près des plages, des activités et proche des commerces. Les pièces ont paru plus petites que sur les photos Jardin ombragé, quelques jeux (boules, table de ping ping-pong…) auraient été appréciés.

Une maison pleine de charme et où rien ne manque. Elle est cependant en lisière d un sentier très fréquenté par les touristes à pied, en vélos voire en voiture....

Super maison parfaite pour 2 familles

Très belle maison, grande (nous étions 8 et avions beaucoup de place), fonctionnelle et très très bien équipée. Le RDC est magnifique, l'étage encore "dans son jus" mais quand cela sera terminé, la maison méritera un 5 étoiles sans hésiter. L'emplacement est parfait, tout se fait à pied. Pour finir, je veux remercier une fois de plus notre concierge Aurélie qui a été super et très arrangeante au niveau de l'heure d'arrivée.

environnement et maison excellents

Nous avons trouvé la maison très belle, propre et bien équipée. Bel environnement dans le bois de la Chaize permettant balades dans le bois et accès aux plages à pied. Seul bémol : aller plusieurs fois et à la fin du séjour porter les poubelles à la plage des Dames...
