From your arrival, you will be charmed by the beautiful living space bathed in light, opening onto the garden thanks to large bay windows. The lounge area invites relaxation with its two comfortable leather sofas and matching armchair, perfect for gathering with family after a day at the beach. On the ground floor, two bedrooms are at your disposal: one with two single beds (90x190) and the other with a Queen Size bed (160x190). You will also find a bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, as well as separate WC. Upstairs, two further bedrooms complete the sleeping area: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190). A shower room and a second separate WC complete this floor.



For even more comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation.
