Just a few metres from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of shops, this charming house of 164 m² located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île is ideal for a family or friends' stay. Fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 10 people, it offers a perfect setting to fully enjoy the island and the iodised air.
Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed and tree-lined garden of 2000 m², perfect for moments of relaxation. The 20 m² terrace, fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, will be ideal for sharing your meals outdoors and enjoying beautiful sunny days.
The entrance to the house is via an external staircase leading to the first floor. On the left, you will discover a cosy living room consisting of a sofa and four armchairs, as well as a decorative fireplace that brings charm to the room. On the other side, the dining area has a large round table that can accommodate up to 10 people for convivial meals. The independent gas kitchen is located nearby and is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook comfortably. A small table also allows for a quick breakfast.
On the night side, the house has 6 bedrooms spread over several levels:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): one single bed (80x190)
- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 3 (first floor): two single beds (80x190)
