It comprises a lovely living room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower) with heated towel rail and toilet; a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe; and a third bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm). There is also a shower room (walk-in shower) with heated towel rail, a separate toilet, a hallway with changing rooms for the last two bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer compartment, and flat-screen TV. The property features an enclosed garden with a wooden terrace. Back patio with garden furniture + gas griddle in very good condition with a cover, 3 sun loungers, outdoor shower - Parking for one car in the courtyard - No pets allowed - Cleaning service available: €108.

In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
