This pretty traditional house, named "Les Fauvettes" is a unique place to spend a holiday in Noirmoutier. Nestled in the heart of the Bois de la Chaise, the change of scenery is total in this haven of greenery just a few steps from the ocean. The owners have perfectly combined the charm of this old residence with a comfortable, modern interior decorated with care. Its decoration in soft pastel tones is soothing and you will immediately feel like you are in a real seaside holiday home. You are moreover only a few metres from Plage des Dames. This holiday home measures 120 m² and has one upper floor. As a family or with friends, come and discover this charming residence with 4 bedrooms with 140*190 beds, plus 3 single beds in the dormitory on the 1st floor. A fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor: dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster,... Ideal for simmering up good home-cooked meals and for sharing convivial moments. This house is also equipped with three modern bathrooms. In the large enclosed and verdant garden, garden furniture and barbecue allow you to enjoy the Noirmoutier sunshine in complete peace and quiet.



At Noirmoutier, you won't be bored, with its shops and entertainment throughout the summer. If you're discovering the island for the first time, don't forget your boots or put on your "jellyfish" shoes, because here, the local sport is rock pooling, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook. The other essential accessory on the island is a bike to explore all the paths which have the great advantage of being completely flat! Cycle along the numerous cycle paths through marshes, woods and seafront and take a break in one of these wooden cabins where you can enjoy delicious oysters produced in the bay. Très jolie villa de caractère, bien décorée, confortable, rien ne manque, belle terrasse, parking fermé, proche plages et bien qu’elle soit située dans la forêt elle est très ensoleillée. On s’y sent comme chez soi.Steven de la conciergerie est sympathique, très à l’écoute, serviable. Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé.

Maison très jolie , très bien équipée , très bien placée .

La situation , le jardin dégagé pour pouvoir garer des voitures , les jeux pour enfants , la décoration , le confort , les équipements, la grande terrasse en bois . Le service de la conciergerie ( pas assez d’infos sur la maison , pas très informée sur la maison ) . Ajouter un parasol sur la terrasse côté apéritif , SUPPRIMER LE BARBECUE INTERDIT DANS LE BOIS , boucher ( pour la nuit et la sieste )le puits de lumière dans la chambre de 3 lits .

Très belle villa, bien située, au calme près de la mer , les 4 générations l’ont appréciée pleinement . Installer un fil à linge pour pouvoir sécher les serviettes de bains et maillots lors du retour de plage l’étendoir s’avérant insuffisant.

Superbe jardin où l’on profite du bbq et de moments de détente. Très proche de la magnifique plage aux dames où celle de l’anse rouge. Super sympa de se balader dans les allées boisées! La maison est sympa, bien équipée au niveau vaisselle impressionnant. Attention la quatrième chambre avec 2 lits simples est en fait un dortoir sans porte un puit de lumière nous réveillait tôt le matin! Mais globalement on a bien aimé notre séjour!

Maison très charmante de l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur (chaleureuse et impeccable en tous points). Seul petit bémol la grande maison située juste à côté : Nous sommes venus fin octobre donc cela ne nous a pas gêné du tout puisque compliqué de prendre les repas dehors mais cela peut être un peu gênant l’été
