Upstairs, three other bedrooms await you: a double bedroom (140x200), a bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be moved together to form a King Size bed (180x200), and a final bedroom with a trundle bed comprising two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or teenagers. The house has a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room with WC and hairdryer upstairs.



For even greater convenience, the house provides you with a washing machine, an iron, as well as four parking spaces in the garden.



Located in a peaceful setting around a tidal inlet, this house benefits from an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, whilst being close to the famous nightclub "La Boîte à Sel", an unmissable venue in Noirmoutier, lively every evening in July and August. Its proximity may, however, cause nighttime noise disturbances.
