You will have access to community heated pool and gated dog park. Community even has access to Legacy Trail! 7 minute drive to Nokomis Beach and downtown Venice. Publix and resturants within 2 miles from home. Easy access to tamiami 41, 681, and I-75. Great home for snow birds that have friends/family visit. Professional or family that needs a nice furnised home. 1 month minimal for this property.
