Terrific property in Nokomis. We stayed four nights with the whole family and everything was as advertised. Everything was clean and nice. 3 BR, 2 BA including a really nice master suite and smart TVs in every room which were easy to connect to. We didn't cook but nice full kitchen. Everything we needed was there including water and coffee on (a late) arrival. Host was very helpful and response. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything we needed for a great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was really close to everything we did. Both owners were super responsive and accommodating. The home was roomy and very clean. All the bedrooms had TV’s with two living areas for spreading out. The home even had a garage fridge for easy loading of our coolers for the beach. Nice beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Overall, a perfect place for a larger family. We even took advantage of the pontoon boat rental offered to renters and it was our favorite day of the vacation!

Beautiful renovated home

Beautiful home with a great floor plan. Large enclosed porch with three sliders that bring the outside in. Close to the beach 10+~ minute car ride. Everything inside is new. The home is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Flat screen tv’s in each bedroom as well as family room and living room. The hosts were easy to reach with questions and help. Would highly recommend this as a great place to get away from the cold. Thanks for sharing your home. We loved it.

Book it now! There is no doubt that this VRBO is an excellent choice that you will not be disappointed with! As a family, we enjoy traveling and using VRBO as a lodging option on a regular basis. So, I completely understand your decision-making process and questions. The first question we asked ourselves was, "Will this house look like this when we arrive?" Based on its pictures, we had made our reservation, and it turned out that this home was even better than we had expected. There was everything we needed at our disposal, such as pots and pans, sheets, and towels, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. As for the kitchen, it was well equipped with all the cooking utensils we required for our stay. I was very happy with how spacious the bedrooms were and how comfortable the beds were. It was evident that a great deal of attention was paid to cleanliness and modernity in the bathrooms. A total of two living rooms are available in the house, both providing comfortable, stylish furnishings, including large televisions mounted on the walls. A washer and dryer have been installed in the spacious, large garage. There was nothing that we did not like about the layout of the house. I never felt cramped or overcrowded at any time during our stay. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future, as well as recommending it to anyone who is looking to stay for a short or a long period of time. The owners are fantastic, and I cannot speak highly enough of them.
