Welcome to The Salty Owl, at the Royal Coachman Resort. A cozy 1BR/1BA park model -just 3 miles from Nokomis Beach. This bright, comfortable unit sleeps up to six guests and is designed for easy living. Two living areas, W/D, bikes to explore The Legacy Trail, private outdoor area, WIFI, A/C and access to all resort amenities.
Tennis, pickleball, a gym, golf, heated pool, volleyball, kayaks, dog parks.. even a library/business centre. Close to fabulous restaurants and shopping.
The space
Close by you will find several white sandy beaches and inter coastal waterways should you wish to go boating. Venice, a quaint village, is only 10 minutes away with fantastic shopping, restaurants and market. The Legacy Trail runs behind the resort where you can go biking or hiking.
As our guest, you have beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs available to you. Head out to Venice beach in the evening and join in on a drumming circle.
Two 7-speed bikes are available for you to cruise the park, ride to the grocery store, or check out the trails nearby.
You will find water weights in the lanai as there are exercise classes in the pool several mornings a week. The gym is open daily.
Need to work? We have high speed internet in the unit and there is an internet cafe near the pool where you can access computers and printers.
Guest access
The home and yard are private for you and your guests to use. All amenities in the resort are also available to you for free with your rental in the park. Please note there is a small fee to rent the kayaks and canoes. You can arrange this at the park office as well as borrow golf clubs etc for use in the park.
