Less than 3 miles to Nokomis Beach and minutes to I-75. 2bed/2 bath, 1300sq ft upstairs interior + 600 sq ft upstairs lanai with sitting area perfect for your morning coffee or an evening wind down. Great outdoor space underneath the home with a fire pit and plenty of seating for dining . Pets are welcome and can roam the fully fenced in yard. 2 covered parking spots under the house as well as additional parking in the driveway. Baby gear available on request.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Venice Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is in good condition, is well stocked and was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and is very well located for enjoying the Venice/Nokomis area.

Out of 500 house we have stayed this was our favorite by far. Not only was it comfortable, cozy and beautiful but the owners are they best they take super good care of the hidden gem in Nokomis and there there for all your needs, it was a please staying here. Didn't half to ask for a thing it was wonderfuly stocked. TY

We had such a wonderful stay. Our mini dachshund was so entertained by the squirrels and the fenced yard was no worries for the fur baby. Beautiful yard light on the palm trees at night and those majestic bird of paradise stunning. Interior of house is comfortable and well put together. Kitchen is fully ready and equipped with anything you could need. Elaynne is so gracious and ready to help in any way we have rented many houses in the Nokomis, Venice area and this home is the only one we would rent again. And the neighbors are very quiet, the area is beautifully maintained homes. Don’t hesitate in anyway rent this home!!

Amazing! We enjoyed this stay from the moment we got in the driveway. Nice covered area for our car and the patio in the back is full of fun and great space to hang out for us and our pups! The living space on the second floor is warm and cozy. Great furnishings, beautiful decor and all the amenities and more! The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances, dishes, pots and pans with laundry in the adjoining closet space. A water dispenser provided with fresh water available which we enjoyed throughout! (and our host even refilled it when we ran out). The host very responsive and interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Beautiful space, great host, awesome location (near beaches and bike trail) with larger towns and cities minutes away (Venice and Sarasota). Highly recommend!!!
