This wonderful home, with a pond view, features a covered Lanai and private pool, 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathtub. Essential amenities like WiFi, heating and AC and laundry room with washer and dryer and starter toiletries are provided. Additional guests can sleep on a luxury air mattress, bringing total capacity to 8. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay complete with everything you need - less than a 10 minute drive to Nokomis Beach and picturesque downtown Venice. Our place is equipped for both medium and longterm stays. One month minimum stay required July - December. Three month mimimim required January - April.
