Villa Noho is an exclusive 240 m² (approx. 2,580 sq ft) lakefront vacation home located directly on Lake Constance, featuring a private beach – a rare combination of location, privacy, and comfort.

The property is spread over two levels (ground floor and lower level) and accommodates up to 10 adults + 2 toddlers.

The villa offers 4 comfortable double bedrooms. In addition, a high-quality inflatable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm / 63 × 79 in) with a 5 cm (2 in) topper is available in the fitness room, providing extra sleeping space for larger groups.
For children up to 3 years old, 2 baby travel cribs (60 × 120 cm / 24 × 47 in) are provided.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shutters, allowing the rooms to be fully darkened.

The spacious garden with direct lake access invites both relaxation and activity. Guests can enjoy a wide range of on-site activities including stand-up paddleboarding, beach tennis, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and a large trampoline.

From the private beach, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. Evenings can be perfectly spent with a BBQ or a campfire right by the water – perhaps with a glass of local wine.

A special highlight is the barrel sauna located just a few meters from the lake, including the option for a refreshing ice bath in a wooden tub.

The large terrace with sliding glass walls can be used year-round and, if needed, is heated with powerful infrared heaters.

For outdoor cooking, guests can use both a gas grill and a charcoal BBQ. There is also a grill plate directly at the beach, perfect for unforgettable evenings by the water.

Free parking is available in the private courtyard of the villa.

The location is ideal: within approximately 500 meters (0.3 miles), you’ll find several restaurants, the train station, the harbor (boat dock), the public beach, a supermarket (EDEKA), and traditional “Rädlewirtschaften” (local wine taverns) – all within easy walking distance.

The area around Villa Noho is a true paradise for cyclists and walkers. Scenic bike paths and walking trails run along the lake, offering stunning views of the water and the Alps.

Popular excursions along the lake can be easily combined with the boats of the “White Fleet”, connecting many towns around Lake Constance.
