Brand new home located only minutes away from the Palm Beaches. This home has four private condos. The condo in this listing offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bedroom offers a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms offer queens size beds each and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have closets and a 43" Smart flat screen tv. The kitchen comes equipped with all stainless steal appliances including large side by side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and 5 burner range. Cabinets are stocked with all plates, glassware and utensils. Dining table allows for seating of 6. The large L shape sofa offers plenty of seating in front of the 55"inch Smart flat screen TV. Outside you will find a nice BBQ area with sink and countertop. Plenty of seating around the pool area as well. The pool is a large pool offering a shallow area for small children as well as standard area for adults. The pool also has 4 jacuzzi type jets for you pleasure

I would like to say thank you to Josh, he was a very friendly person who was very helpful with any questions we had. Myself and 3 others stayed at Josh’s place from Feb. 18th thur the25th, we had a wonderful time at the place as we met 2 other couples that happen to be at or around our age and mingled with them. The place was comfortable and the cooking area and pool were nice. The only thing that I noticed is that there were small ants around the tables. Josh handled that by spraying the grounds around the tables. Not sure if there were fleas also as I still was getting bit at night. The only draw back for our group were the cats on site as one of the person in our group has a phobia with cats. We worked around that and I’m glad to say that by the time we left she was getting better with the cats. Jesse R.

Nice quality/price

The place is /- 10 minutes away from major activities and stores which is convenient. The owner is on site and very helpful and friendly. Easy check in. Nice pool and outdoor BBQ and table. It could be cleaner and a little bite more basic equipment in the kitchen. You have cooler and chair for the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Aruba vacation

We had a great time in aruba. Josh was super accommidating the whole week. The house was clean and had what we needed to make the week comfortable. It was quiet and the pool was great. Even though there were other people we never felt infringed upin .

Loved my stay at Aruba this year! Stayed in a little complex of 4 apartments in Noord. Clean and quiet and loved the owner. His pool was just what I needed to relax by. I will try really hard to return next year!

A spacious property, but is not an independant vacion home.

We were expecting a home for ourselves, but it is more a small apartment complex. On the other hand it in a quiet surroundings so we still enjoyed our privacy. It has a very friendly owner.

Top appartement

Een zeer ruim en schoon appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Met een heerlijk zwembad erbij en de mogelijkheid om te bbq-en. Een behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar die flexibel met het uitchecken was. Een echte aanrader voor een rustige vakantie. Wij kwamen met onze zoon en hebben er echt van genoten.
