The kitchen area was tiny. The photos on Expedia showed a full sized fridge with a separate freezer, but the actual room only had a small bar fridge. There was no shampoo provided.

Arrived and told no ressie! Come to find out aftwr all my proof and every question answered by docs and photos of ressie, they had put it down for the wrong day and never apologized or took ownership! So as family sat and we waited! 30 min later they realized they screwed up and never apologized! Drinks are expensive at bar, bartender couldnt speak english and no help getting pool towers when arrived in evening upon check in as there were zero in room! We stay here almost ever yr b4 our normal hotwl, this will be the last time here! Place was practically empty!
