Facility is clean and staff very friendly. Rooms need updating but are decent enough since you'll spend most the time on the beautiful beach. Location makes this a great place to stay. So much shopping and dining that's walkable. Shaded seating requires reserving the night before so please be sure to map out where you'd like to be and jump on it first thing because the sun is brutal otherwise. Went in September so I imagine busier months will rent out quickly. Would stay again though

Arubus nearby, but employees did not know about round-trip tickets or where to purchase. Staff kept ground floor clean in spite of beach and pool patrons heavy usage (Sea Tower). Our fridge worked well. Towel card was lost by staff; had to go to another towel hut for them to replace it when we returned our towels. Digitalization anyone?

The room was extremely humid despite the A/C being set to 69°F and locked. Floors smelled bad, and the bathroom had no fan or ventilation. The parking gate kept malfunctioning, and the overnight manager, Cliff, was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, the hotel felt dated and uncomfortable. I'd recommend an Airbnb over staying here.

The service was great from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly Reynaldo. Margot at the front desk was just as welcoming and helpful as we checked in. The food at all of the restaurants were delicious with good-size portions. My children appreciated there were plenty of options (mahi mahi, red snapper, risotto, lasagna, steak bites to name a few) outside of your usual chicken fingers and fries. The service was always excellent from Juliet, Adriana and Maxi. Primrose in housekeeping was great when we needed something. It’s an overall great, family-friendly place to stay, especially with its location on the beach and walkable to so much. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean, which matters more. The shower drain was quite slow at first, but nothing a stop at the front desk didn’t get fixed right away. Would definitely stay again!

Holy cow , this place need a Major Renovation like no other . It’s a shame , perfect location but you feel like your back in 1972!!! All the other Hotels around it were kept up nice. Also we could not get any cold water in the bathroom. Sorry won’t be staying here again!
