Welcome to our modern beach villa in Aruba, perfectly located in one of the island’s most desirable neighborhoods. Set in a peaceful residential area directly across from the Marriott properties, the villa is within easy walking distance of world-class beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment, while still offering privacy and tranquility.

Surrounded by palm trees, fruit trees, and lush gardens, the villa has a laid-back island atmosphere enhanced by constant cooling trade winds and the soothing sound of palms rustling in the breeze. With reliable Wi-Fi, this is also an ideal place to telework in paradise.

Outdoor Living & Relaxation:

Spacious rooms and multiple outdoor seating areas make this villa perfect for relaxing and unwinding. After a day at the beach, enjoy a refreshing dip in the private saltwater pool. In the evening, the beautifully lit pool creates a magical backdrop for dinners, games, or quiet nights on the back lanai.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located in the private courtyard—perfect after the pool or the beach.

Important: Please use caution when stepping from the pool deck onto the back lanai, as surfaces may be slippery when wet.

Wonderful villa for couples and families. Beautiful property/safe neighborhood and the property manager Manon was A1 and quickly responded to any issues we had.Beaches and market were 5 to 10(walking) minutes away. Shortcut through the salinja (marshland) made getting to Palm beach a breeze! The villa had all the necessities and the pool was great! Beautiful home, clean and spacious. Pool and lanai were great places to hang out and relax. Property manager Manon was wonderful, super responsive and helpful. Location was great, close to beaches and restaurants but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to Palm Beach or quick drive to Palm or Eagle beach. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Highly recommended!

A really lovely place in a great location — close to the beach but still quiet and relaxing. The property was very clean, well-kept, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This home did not disappoint! It was clean, had modern upgrades, yet still managed to feel cozy. It was a true home away from home. We rented a car just because we wanted to explore more of the island, but not an absolute necessity. Communication with the homeowners and the property manager was absolutely excellent. There was no need that was too big or too small that they did not address. Worth every penny! The biggest bonus for us was the uniqueness of this property in having three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. If you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Very clean well appointed rental. 5-10 minute walk to Marriott Stellaris/Ritz Palm beach. Very responsive owners and Manon the property manager was great! Big pluses for super clean pool and Sonos sound system too!

Pure Bliss in Aruba!

I've rented many vacation homes and apartments over the years, but this had to be my very favorite. Usually, the photos or virtual tours tend to make spaces look bigger and nicer than they really are. Not so with this place. It was absolutely lovely and way bigger than expected. It is beautifully decorated with nice touches throughout the house. We stayed with three generations of our family, my husband and me, our daughter and her boyfriend, and my parents. Everyone had their own rooms and their own bathrooms. Perfect! There was lots of closet space for us all. The house was well-stocked with EVERYTHING! Plenty of beach and bath towels, plates/cups, cooking equipment, etc. We spent most of our time in the outdoor areas. The covered sitting area was our favorite gathering space in the mornings and evenings. We loved the speakers outdoors so we could listen to music and relax. The location was fantastic. We walked to Palm Beach almost every day for dining options/casinos/beach activities. I do suggest having a car as there are tons of other great locations to explore in Aruba. Manon made check-in and check-out a breeze. The owners sent us an email during our stay to see how things were going. Very thoughtful. I am hoping we can book this place again next spring break. I'm already missing it! Overall, this is a top notch place and you will not regret renting it!

Anniversary Trip

Celebration of 35,40 and 45yrs of marriage. 3 siblings and their spouses. First time in Aruba. House was great, we all had our own bedroom/bathroom. Walked or taxied everywhere. Pool was a great place to chill at after a day of touring around.

First time in Aruba for 2 of the 3 couples. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We will definately be staying here again! Our husbands did golf twice and enjoyed it. The beaches are clean and we could walk to the beach from the house.

Great location-fabulous house

This property has everything for the perfect Aruba vacation! The house is clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We had 3 couples and each bedroom was comfortable with private bathrooms. The AC units kept the house cool. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs for all. Having a pool with outdoor kitchen area was the best! You are walking distance to beaches, restaurants (Eduardo’s Hideaway is a daily must and just two blocks away), bars, casinos and bus line). We ended up renting a car since they are very inexpensive and allowed us to explore the island more. The property manager, Manon, was always available and quick to respond. Communication was great! We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

What a wonderful house. I traveled with my boyfriend and my best friend and husband. We can't wait to go back. The house is everything we thought and more. So clean, spacious, LOVED the kitchen and the outside pool and seating area was perfect for end of day and night. So close to all the beautiful beaches and supermarket. We did have a couple little issues through the week but they were on top of anything and took care of what we needed. Don't hesitate and just click Book Now. WE can't wait to go back.

Lovely beach home in an ideal location

We found the property team to be very communicative and helpful. The home itself is very well appointed with a lovely layout. Both indoor and outdoor very comfortable ane useable. Plenty of space, furniture choices etc. Our only comment would be to know there is no overhead lighting anywhere in this house. We had to fiqure out how to get enough light at night. Probably should have reviewed that at check in. Also, no real grill or BBQ at this property. Walking ( 2 blocks) to the beach and hotels. We all slept like babies and had a blast! Thank you for hosting our family.

Easy access to all aruba

This was a great place for 3 couples. Each had a place room. The pool area was clean and had comfortable chairs and lounging area. Pool was perfect. Shallow area to just seat and deeper area to plunge under when you're hot. The place was within walking distance from many bars, restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Oasis !!!

The perfect location! HAD AN WONDERFUL ANNIVERSARY We stayed at this beautiful home during a recent visit, and it was very lovely! The house is spacious, the outdoor area so inviting, and the hosts was there to answer any questions we had I ask about an air fry they invested in one that was so awesome. The location is great here too, you're away from the main tourist areas, but close enough to walk on the beach to restaurants etc. Loved it and would stay here again!

Great Location Lots of Space to Unwind

Our family of 4 (husband, wife, two teenage daughters) really enjoyed our stay! Space was perfect for all of us. Kitchen was very well stocked. Amazing outside area with dining. The pool was so fun at the end of the day! Very easy walk to the beach....less than 10 minutes. We also walked to Eduardo's Hideaway at least three times for breakfast and lunch. Very clean. Don't hesitate to book this one!!!
