It was okay. Everything is provided. However, kitchen utensils are really at the lowest quality possible (you couldn't mash a banana with a fork!) One thing that surprised us was that at the end of our one-week stay, when I reached out to Seymour to see what to do with the key, he asked us to take the garbage (kitchen and bathroom) downstairs to the big dumpster in the parking lot. Another thing, but this is common to this weather, is that there are plenty of roaches. Do not sit in the pool area at night! We sat there on our first night with a glass of wine, and one of them got into my glass!!...then we noticed them all over!

This is the second property we stayed at by the same owner. The host Seymour was excellent and returned messages right away. We loved that this property only had a handful of apartments and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves most nights. This is a perfect smaller, well kept property and I would definitely stay here again.
